This medium bodied Italian varietal is the perfect savoury red wine for any palette. Our ‘24 vintage utilises cool climate Adelaide Hills fruit and is hand made in a micro quantity next door to the Almond Door in Willunga, South Australia. Aged for 11 months in French Oak, we make two barrels of this wine, only sold exclusively through the Wine Shrine.
